SquidSMP Store Terms of Service

1. General

By purchasing any product from the SquidSMP Store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Virtual Items

All products sold are digital, virtual items for use on the SquidSMP Minecraft server only. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Products are normally delivered automatically within a few minutes after payment.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law or approved by the server owner.

Chargebacks or payment disputes made without contacting us first may result in:

• Permanent removal of purchased items
• Suspension or permanent ban from the server
• Permanent ban from the store

5. Server Rules

Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from following the server rules.

Breaking server rules may result in punishment, including the loss of purchased items or ranks without refund.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove products
• Change prices
• Update perks and features of ranks
• Balance gameplay when necessary

7. Server Availability

We do not guarantee that the server will always be online or available. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may temporarily interrupt access.
